At the very entrance to the Aquapark there is a complex for ticket purchase, detailed plan of the Aquapark with movement directions as well as the info corner which will make it easier for the visitors to orientate and enjoy the facility in full.

In our aquapark, a system of automatic photography has been installed on four slides; Space Combo, Flying Boats, Sky River and on Family Rafting. In addition, there is a large photo point on the main square where you can take photos together and make the most beautiful memories from the aquapark. You can download photos in our Grand Bazzar or through our photo application Istralandia.

Since we want every guest to spent the whole day carefree in our waterpark we have special safety lockers at the entrance where you can leave all your perosnal and valuable belongings, with constant guard during the opening hours of the park. Take the lockers key at the Info point.

In case of any accidents, we have provided for you a team of specialized and high educated personnel with all necessary first aid equipment . This service is also availabe during the opening ours of the park.

In case you forgot to bring important things from your home, or you simply want to buy a souvenir or a memory of a beautifully spent day at the aquapark we also have a small but well equipped shop available at the very entrance.

Aquapark Istralandia think also about kids.On their disposal it's a kids corner where they can enjoy in various activities from the entertainment program and in different social games

Enables its visitors to leave their pets in guarded pet boxes especially designed for dogs.

Aquapark Istralandia has provided parking for all visitors. Parking is charged at the price of 3 Euros for the whole day.
